Kim has been a part of KTL since its inception in 1999. She wears a number of hats as she oversees the Finance, Administrative, and Human Resources departments. She has built an engaging work environment and maintains the highest level of customer services. Kim works with vendors and customers to ensure smooth order delivery and issue resolution. She has also implemented processes across the company that have positively impacted support for and communication with KTL clients.
