CRM Consultant

KTL Solutions is in search of a full-time Dynamics CRM consultant to join our Frederick Office. By joining our implementation team, you will play a vital role in assisting us in implementing business applications based on current Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and characteristics:

  • Ability to interact with clients on a variety of levels offering solutions to business requirements using current technologies
  • Knowledge in various technologies such as:
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM
    • SQL Reporting Services
    • Scribe
    • Dashboards
    • SQL Server technologies
    • Microsoft Office Integration
    • Scribe Integration
  • Proficiency in writing statement-of-work and scope documents
  • Confidence in mentoring and/or coaching to team members and sharing knowledge amongst them
  • Ability to communicate with our technical services team to ensure that each project’s technical requirements are met
  • Strong Project Management and organizational skills
  • Ability to display excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to learn, be challenged, and expand skillsets
  • Ability to work in a team and individually
  • Experience working on implementation projects
  • Understating of database schemas
  • Transaction SQL experience

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or computer science or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in working with CRM solutions
  • One year experience with Dynamics CRM considered a plus
  • Certifications in various solutions is a plus but not required
